Terms and Conditions:
Valid for new contract MICE bookings through December 31, 2019. For travel now through December 20, 2020. Room upgrades are non-cumulative, valid on peak nights, and not applicable for pre and post Event Dates. Complimentary Rooms are non-cumulative with a maximum of 4, nightly. Planned “dine around” activity provided if Group requests applicable reservations at the time of room listing submission to Hotel, and subject to availability and restaurant’s capacity. Guest Room Rates applicable for three night’s pre and three nights post Event Dates, subject to availability. Complimentary rooms for site inspections require a minimum block of 30 rooms required. Some restrictions may apply to the 15% discount in spa services. Certain other restrictions may apply. Services such as spa treatments, excursions, specialty foods and liquor items and special services are subject to additional fees.
